Meet The Founder
Natalie Watsham, founder of Watsham Consulting, has been recruiting finance professionals since 2011. Natalie's career started with a FTSE 250 recruitment agency in the City of London where she developed lasting relationships with a portfolio of clients spanning various industries.
After successfully recruiting for Berkeley Homes, Skanska, Cushman & Wakefield, Barratt London, Jones Lang LaSalle, Canary Wharf Group and numerous SMEs, Natalie's personal interest in the property and construction industry was realised.
Pursuing opportunities within this sector, Natalie completed a contract recruiting for a Consultancy who advise Construction businesses across the UK. Here, Natalie's knowledge and connections across the industry grew wider and in July 2018 Watsham Consulting was founded, offering tailored recruitment services solely within the property, construction and engineering industries.
